How we started
We Started with a simple Mission: Fill in the Piggy Bank!
It didn’t begin as a business plan or a big idea.
It began with small home shows where tickets were required not for family or a big audience, but all part of the plan to fill their piggy banks.
And somehow, that made it even more exciting.
Then came a new idea.
What if they joined bazaars and sold something for real?
That’s when the question started. There were already so many bracelets everywhere. So what could they create that felt different?
The answer was simple. Make it fun. Make it personal.
They began creating bracelets with little statements, personalities, and stories behind them.
Something you don’t just wear, but something that feels like you.

Behind Kohola Studio are two young creators making things by hand, one idea at a time.
They turn small ideas into bracelets and clay beads, trying things, redoing things, and figuring it out as they go.
It’s not about perfect pieces, but about making something real from an idea.
And little by little, they’re learning that what they create can also hold value and become something of their own.

KOHOLA
Kōhola is derived from the Hawaiian word for whale.
In nature, whales are gentle giants that travel across entire oceans, yet never lose their direction or connection. They move slowly, with calm strength, carrying deep songs that can reach others far away even when they are unseen.
That is the spirit of our brand, starting small, growing with intention, and creating something that carries meaning far beyond where it began.
