At KOHOLA Studio, we create thoughtfully designed products in small batches. As our collection may include handmade, custom, or fragile items, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of the nature of each product.

By placing an order on www.kohola.ch, you agree to the terms below.

 

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Hygiene-sensitive products after use
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions based on a minimum order value.

If items from an order are returned and the final retained order value falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

This ensures fair use of promotional shipping offers.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item if eligible.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully pack all orders, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the product and packaging

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be received in sellable condition. If an item shows signs of use, wear, damage, or missing parts, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or refuse the return

 

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
